HUMAN Hub prepared a promotional video about the ancient human settlements of Azerbaijan, presenting the country’s prehistoric heritage to a wider audience.
The video draws on the archaeological significance of sites such as Azikh and Taglar caves in the Guruchay River valley. Finds from these sites—including stone tools, animal remains, hearths, and a fragment of an early human jawbone—offer evidence of human habitation and changing ways of life over many thousands of years.
HUMAN Hub developed the video’s narrative to make this long history accessible through visual storytelling. The project connects the archaeological discoveries with the people who once inhabited these landscapes, highlighting the importance of preserving Azerbaijan’s prehistoric sites for future research and public understanding.
